Nartalya Food Limited Company was established in 2011.
The purpose of the company is to offer high quality, natural and healthy products to the market. Frozen pomegranate juice, frozen orange juice, frozen lemon juice, frozen lemonade and pomegranate sour are produced in our facility located at our central address. Our production is carried out under the control and supervision of a food engineer and hygiene rules are applied at every stage of production. Our facility, which has a total closed area of 4000 square meters, has a total product storage capacity of 2000 tons/year, including fresh fruit storage areas, -40 °C shock rooms, and -18 °C storage rooms. Our production capacity is 10 tons/day of frozen products ready for shipment.

Our products do not contain any additives such as preservatives, colorants, sweeteners. They are 100% natural products. The products first pass through the washing line in the production line. Then, they pass through the air drying, cutting or peeling depending on the type of product, cold pressing, separation from seeds and pulp, filling, capping, date and batch numbering and labeling lines. After that, they are shrink-wrapped and palletized. The prepared pallets are sent to the shock chambers. Here, they are frozen at -40 °C. Finally, they are sent to our -18 °C storage rooms. From here, they are offered to domestic and international markets. The production procedure of our non-frozen product, pomegranate sour, is different. The packaging and content of our products comply with the standards of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey. The pet bottles used are FDA-approved and are suitable for the storage of food products with locked lids. Since pomegranate sour is not frozen, it is offered in glass bottles.
